Free Basic listings and optional upgrades

Basic includes up to six photos and one offer. Family planning remains free, with no card or automatic conversion to a paid plan. An advertising subscription covers one listing. Conversations refresh manually on every tier. An offer describes a service or package your business provides.

Digital delivery and availability

No physical goods are shipped. When purchases are enabled, advertising service is activated on the relevant listing after payment and the service period are verified. Advertising plans are intended for U.S.-based businesses. We do not promise bookings, sales or a guaranteed placement.

Pricing and billing

Family planning and Basic listings remain free. A paid advertising plan covers one listing, quantity one, in USD. Silver costs $29.99 monthly or $287.90 annually; Gold $59.99 monthly or $539.91 annually; Platinum $79.99 monthly or $671.91 annually. Annual prices are charged in full upfront, saving 20%, 25% and 30% respectively compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices are before applicable tax; review the final total at Stripe before confirming.

Renewal and cancellation

The selected subscription renews automatically each month or year until canceled. There is no free trial or automatic conversion from Basic. Cancel through subscription management to stop the next renewal and keep already-paid access until its end. No support conversation is required to cancel. A failed payment does not extend access. No automatic price increase for an existing subscription is authorized by these terms.

Refunds

Request a full refund at support@quince.casa within seven Texas calendar days of the first subscription payment, once per business, including annual plans. A successful refund ends the affected paid service and stops renewal. A pending or failed refund does not itself end valid paid time. After this window there are no routine unused-time refunds for renewal, cancellation or downgrade. Required legal rights remain unaffected. Duplicate or incorrect charges and documented service failures are reviewed for correction; partial refunds preserve valid remaining service unless the recorded correction ends it.

Plan changes

Same-cadence upgrades require review and successful payment of the displayed charge before wider access. Downgrades and all changes between monthly and annual billing take effect at the current paid-period end. Review and accept the annual price, effective date and automatic renewal before scheduling a monthly-to-annual change. Current paid monthly access continues until then; the annual period starts at that boundary. Initial annual purchases remain available. Basic and family records remain available when paid access ends; excess listing content follows the existing 30-day recovery window and up to 24 hours of deletion processing.

What a purchase does not include

A purchase does not buy family data, endorsement, guaranteed bookings, verification or exemption from moderation. A disputed payment can suspend only the service it funds; Basic and unrelated valid paid time remain. Robert handles dispute review. Private family records are never dispute evidence.
